購入およびライセンス規約

バージョン 2026-10-09（同日発効）

この規約は、Threadspage SSG Boilerplate（以下「本商品」）の購入と利用について、あなた（購入者）と Capricorn SaaS LLC との間で交わす取り決めです。お支払いの前に、決済ページで同意のチェックを入れていただく必要があります。ライセンスの内容は、このページ末尾の LICENSE 英文全文が優先します。

1. ライセンスの範囲

本商品は source-available のコードであり、オープンソースソフトウェアではありません。あなたが得るのはライセンスであり、コードの所有権ではありません。

できること：

あなた自身のサイトの構築・運営に使うこと（商用目的を含む。例：自分の商品やサービスの宣伝）
コードを改変すること
GitHub にプライベートな fork を保持し、Sync fork で更新を受け取ること

できないこと：

コードの再販・再配布・サブライセンス（原文・改変版いずれも）、または fork の公開
テンプレート、テーマ、boilerplate、サイト作成サービスとして他者に提供すること（有償・無償を問わず）
他人のサイトを制作すること、または第三者向けにホスティングや SaaS を提供すること（第三者のサイトにはそれぞれライセンスが必要です）

あなたが作成したコンテンツ（content/、public/ に追加したファイル、threadspage.user.ts の設定）はあなたのものです。

2. 公開するコンテンツの責任はあなたにあります

Threadspage は、YouTube 動画を記事に変換したり、他の言語に翻訳したりするツールを提供します。これらのツールで公開するコンテンツの責任はあなたにあります。他人の動画、画像、文章を取り込む前に、相手の許可を得る必要があります。取り込みツールは初期設定では自分のチャンネルの動画しか受け付けません。これは誤用を防ぐためのもので、私たちが著作権を確認したことを意味するものではありません。

あなたが公開したコンテンツが原因で著作権その他の紛争が生じた場合は、あなた自身が対応し、責任を負います。

3. 返金ポリシー

Threadspage SSG Boilerplate は、有形の媒体によらずに提供されるデジタルコンテンツです。決済ページで同意のチェックを入れた後、お支払いの完了と同時に提供が始まります（開通ページの送信後に GitHub の招待をお送りします）。台湾の「通信取引における解除権の合理的例外事由に関する適用基準」により、7 日間の解約権は適用されません。

返金するのは次の場合だけです：お支払い後に作者が技術サポートを行っても、boilerplate repo へのアクセスを得て fork を完了できない場合は、全額返金します。それ以外の場合、購入後の返金はお受けしていません。

返金後は、boilerplate repo へのアクセス権が削除されます。

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms below, Capricorn SaaS LLC grants you — a person or single legal entity who received access to this repository through an authorized purchase or explicit invitation ("Licensee") — a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

(a) Use the source code to build, deploy, and operate website(s) that you own and operate, including websites whose content is commercial (e.g. a personal blog that promotes your own products or services);
(b) Modify the source code for the purposes of (a);
(c) Fork this repository privately on GitHub as required to receive updates ("Sync fork"), provided the fork remains private.

2. Restrictions

You may not, in whole or in part, in original or modified form:

(a) Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or publish the source code, or make it available to any third party (including making any fork or copy of this repository public);
(b) Offer the software as a template, theme, boilerplate, starter kit, or website builder — free or paid — or use it as the basis of a product that competes with Threadspage;
(c) Provide hosting, agency, or software-as-a-service offerings to third parties based on this software (each third-party site requires its own license — contact the author);
(d) Remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices in the source code (visible UI attribution such as "Built with Threadspage" may be configured as documented).

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Capricorn SaaS LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software. Content you create with the software (everything under content/, public/ assets you add, and your threadspage.user.ts configuration) is yours.

4. Content You Publish

You are solely responsible for the content you publish with the software, including content generated or transformed by its tools (for example, articles produced from video captions by import:youtube, translations, and AI-assisted summaries).

(a) Rights. You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all permissions necessary to use, every piece of content you import, transform, or publish with the software — including videos, captions, images, and text created by others.
(b) Safeguards are not permission. The software may include checks that limit imports to channels you list as your own. These checks are a convenience, not a license or a legal determination. Bypassing them, including with --i-have-permission, is your statement that you hold the necessary rights.
(c) Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Capricorn SaaS LLC harmless from any claim arising out of content you publish with the software, including claims of copyright or trademark infringement.
(d) Third-party services. The software's tools may access third-party services (such as YouTube or AI providers) on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

5. Updates

This license covers the version you received and any updates you obtain through the authorized repository while you have access. Access to future updates may depend on the terms of your purchase.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the source code in your possession; websites already generated and deployed from it (static output) may remain online.

7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL CAPRICORN SAAS LLC OR THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
